Potato Bacon Soup

Instructions

1. Cook bacon. Crisp and reserve fat.
2. Sauté. Cook onion in bacon fat.
3. Simmer. Add potatoes, broth. Cook 20 minutes.
4. Finish. Add cream. Top with bacon.
